Earlier this school year, ACE Academy students completed a major landscaping project at Fond du Lac High School in collaboration with Stuart's Landscape.
Initiated in 2019, this comprehensive three-and-a-half-year effort engaged 750 students over seven semesters. The project benefitted from over 300 hours of volunteer time from John Wilkens and Stuart’s Landscape and included significant contributions such as pavers, river rocks, mulch, and over 65 plants, amounting to an estimated $65,000 in labor and materials. Unilock, an industry partner, donated the pavers for the project.
Looking forward, ACE Academy plans to start a new landscaping project in the high school's front courtyard soon.
