Pioneer Road will be closed starting Wednesday, April 24, 2024 through September 2024.
The road will be closed to through traffic but local businesses and homes will be accessible. Drop off and pick up from Pioneer Road to Theisen will also be accessible, however, might be inconvenient (delays, backups, poor road conditions, equipment present, etc.).
Alternative drop-off or pick-up options are as follows:
1) Use Martin Avenue to enter, circulate through and exit.
2) Drop off to the north on Mequon Avenue and students can walk the sidewalk up to school.
Bike/walk traffic may be complicated, the suggestion here is to use Martin Avenue
We remain in contact with Fond du Lac County and will provide updates on the project as they become available. Please note that the Fond du Lac Area Transit has shared that Route 30 will have a detour beginning on Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
