Through thoughtful discussions about the story’s events and characters, they honed their critical thinking and analytical skills while delving into the novel’s themes and gripping suspense.

Parkside students are mastering the skill of reading clocks, a life skill that will serve them well in any path they choose. This hands-on learning experience helps lay the foundation for their bright futures, empowering them to dream big and navigate the world with confidence.


Students at Pier explored their artistic side by using Cheerios to spell out their names and illustrated seasonal farm tasks for all four seasons. Hands-on learning like this sparks imagination and deepens understanding of the world around us.


Chegwin Elementary's 5K students are building their reading skills through a unique and engaging activity—reading a letter that rotates among classmates. This interactive experience fosters teamwork, communication and creativity, creating a vibrant learning environment.

Lakeshore 5K students are in a community-building activity that encourages them to share personal experiences on a given topic. This thoughtful exercise helps students discover their unique perspectives while connecting with classmates through shared and diverse experiences.


Our second grade students at Chegwin Elementary are mastering addition during their daily math lessons. Watching students' problem-solving skills and confidence grow is what learning is all about.


Last week, Fond du Lac High School AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) students showcased the power of compassion and community through a meaningful service project. They created blankets for Project Linus, an organization that brings warmth and comfort to those in need.
Their hard work and generosity make a real impact, embodying the spirit of giving back to Fond du Lac.

Last week, AP Psychology students gained insights from a district psychologist, learning how psychology supports those in our schools. The session provided real-world insights, connecting classroom learning to practical applications—a perfect example of collaboration and learning in action.


Our 4K students enjoyed a visit from the Fond du Lac Fire/Rescue last week.

Congratulations to Emalee Cavill and the girls swim and dive team on an outstanding fall season. Emalee capped off the fall season for our students and programs with an impressive 11th-place finish in the state for the 500-yard freestyle this weekend.
All of our students engaged in fall activities saw many highlights celebrated this fall, including numerous individual accomplishments and all-conference honors.
Additionally, our boys volleyball and boys soccer teams showcased remarkable talent and had impressive seasons. It is always a joy to witness the dedication and skill of our students, whether in athletics or through their participation in fine arts.
We look forward to supporting our students as they pursue the next chapters of their passions and interests. Further, we are excited to see what the winter has to offer as our students transition to the new season.


The Fond du Lac High School Music Department presents "Night of Silence", a cherished holiday concert, on Friday, Dec. 13 and Saturday, Dec. 14, at 7p; and Sunday, Dec. 15, at 2p in the Performing Arts Center. Featuring around 200 students from ensembles including Symphonic Winds and Percussion, Symphonic Orchestra, Concert Choir, Bel Canto, Jazz Band I and Cardinal Singers, this unique concert in the round with no applause has become a holiday tradition for many in the Fond du Lac community.

We proudly announce that Emalee Cavill has qualified for the WIAA State Swim Championships in the 500-yard freestyle. With a strong second-place finish at Neenah's sectionals and a time of 5:20.64, she has earned her spot among Wisconsin's best.
