We hope you are enjoying your summer and looking forward to the next school year. To help us prepare, please complete the Annual Student Information Verification (ASIV). This process lets you update and confirm your student and family information in the Skyward system.
The ASIV process is now open and must be completed by Thursday, August 8, 2024. New 4K students are exempt, as we already have their updated information from recent registration.
To complete ASIV, log in to your Skyward Family Access Account on a computer or phone; the Skyward app cannot be used for this process. Here are step-by-step instructions for completing the process. If there are two families, Family One must complete the ASIV.
Our staff will assist families who speak English and Spanish in person at the Administration Building on 72 West 9th Street, Fond du Lac.
